How we respond
Email is the fastest way to reach us and the best route for anything involving a payment, a refund or a request about your data — it gives us a written record to work from. We reply to every message within 24 to 48 business hours.
Phone support is available during the hours listed above. If we cannot take your call, email us and we will call back.
Reporting a user or safety concern
Every chat has a Report button. Using it is faster than emailing, because it sends us the details of that specific session straight away and does not require you to identify yourself.
If a message or a ban looks like a mistake by our automatic checks, use the appeal form on the ban page, or email [email protected] with False positive in the subject. A person will look.
For anything urgent involving a minor or a credible threat, email [email protected] with the word URGENT in the subject line, and contact your local authorities. Anyeria is an 18+ service.
Grievance Officer
In accordance with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, complaints about content or conduct on Anyeria can be addressed to our Grievance Officer:
Complaints about content that exposes a person's private areas, shows them in a sexual act, or impersonates them are acted on within 24 hours. Put Grievance in the subject line and include the date, time and a description of what happened.
Child safety
Anyeria is strictly for adults (18+). Anyone who appears to be a minor is banned, and any material involving the sexual abuse or exploitation of a child is reported to the authorities. You can report it directly:
