1. Acceptance of terms

By using Anyeria you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the platform. We remove any user we find to be under 18.

2. User conduct

You agree to use the platform responsibly, and never to:

• Engage in illegal, abusive or harmful behaviour.
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate anyone.
• Share explicit, offensive or otherwise inappropriate content.
• Record or redistribute another user without their consent.
• Use bots, scripts or automation against the service.
• Attempt to identify, track or locate another user.

We ban users who break these rules, and bans are enforced by network address. Full detail is in our Community Guidelines.

3. Privacy and anonymity

Anyeria is built for anonymity. There is no registration and no personally identifiable information is needed to use it. Conversations are not recorded or stored.

We do keep the limited data needed to run the service safely, including network addresses used for bans, blocks and reports. Our Privacy Policy sets out exactly what and for how long.

4. Paid features

The service is free. One optional paid feature, the Country Filter, is sold as a one-time purchase for a fixed period — see Pricing. Payment is accepted worldwide, and purchases are governed by our Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy.

Access is delivered immediately, so by buying you ask for immediate delivery and accept that a completed purchase cannot be cancelled and is not refundable, whether or not you use the period you bought. Refunds are limited to payment failures — a double charge, a charge that never activated, an unauthorised transaction, or a fault on our side.

If you are banned for breaking these terms during a paid period, access ends without a refund.

5. Limitation of liability

Anyeria is provided “as is”. You are matched with strangers whose behaviour we do not control and cannot predict. To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for any harm, loss or consequence arising from your use of the platform, or from anything another user says or does. Use at your own risk.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time, without notice, if we believe these terms have been broken or that someone is at risk. There is no account to close — stopping use ends the relationship.

7. Modifications

We may update these terms. The revision date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
