Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By using Anyeria you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the platform. We remove any user we find to be under 18.

2. User conduct

You agree to use the platform responsibly, and never to:

• Engage in illegal, abusive or harmful behaviour.
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate anyone.
• Share explicit, offensive or otherwise inappropriate content, in text, on camera or in a GIF.
• Send spam, such as repeated promotion, links or phone numbers.
• Evade a ban or a block, for example by clearing your browser data, using a VPN or switching network. Bans, blocks and reports are tied to your device as well as your browser, so clearing your data does not remove them.
• Record or redistribute another user without their consent.
• Use bots, scripts or automation against the service.
• Attempt to identify, track or locate another user.

We ban users who break these rules, and bans are enforced against the browser and the network address. Full detail is in our Community Guidelines.

3. Privacy and anonymity

Anyeria is built for anonymity. There is no registration and no personally identifiable information is needed to use it. Conversations are not recorded or stored.

We do keep the limited data needed to run the service safely, including network addresses used for bans, blocks and reports. Our Privacy Policy sets out exactly what and for how long.

4. Paid features

The service is free. One optional paid feature, the Country, Gender & Age Filter — which chooses the countries you are matched with, whether you meet men, women or everyone, and the age range you want, in video, voice and text chat — is sold as a one-time purchase for a fixed period: 30 minutes, an hour, 24 hours or seven days in rupees by UPI or card, or two months paid in cryptocurrency. All three filters are included in every pass; none is sold separately. A price shown struck through is the pass's ordinary list price, and the lower figure is what is charged; an introductory price may be withdrawn at any time and does not affect a pass already bought. The prices are on the Pricing page, and purchases are governed by our Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy.

Access is delivered immediately, so by buying you ask for immediate delivery and accept that a completed purchase cannot be cancelled and is not refundable, whether or not you use the period you bought. Refunds are limited to payment failures — a double charge, a charge that never activated, an unauthorised transaction, or a fault on our side.

If you are banned for breaking these terms during a paid period, access ends without a refund.

5. Limitation of liability

Anyeria is provided “as is”. You are matched with strangers whose behaviour we do not control and cannot predict. To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for any harm, loss or consequence arising from your use of the platform, or from anything another user says or does. Use at your own risk.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

6. Automated moderation

To keep the service safe we use automated systems. They check text before it is delivered, may check still images from video chats, and can warn, block a message, suspend or ban without a person looking first. A message that is blocked is not delivered. We use a third-party AI moderation service for part of this; see our Privacy Policy.

Automated systems make mistakes. Every ban shows its reason, you can appeal from the ban page, and a person reviews appeals. A ban found to be wrong is lifted and the strike removed. A ban imposed to protect a child, or for sexual content involving a minor, is permanent, and we may report it to the authorities.

Rules about moderation apply to every mode: video, audio and text chat, spectator mode, voice rooms, live captions and shared GIFs.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time, without notice, if we believe these terms have been broken or that someone is at risk. There is no account to close — stopping use ends the relationship.

8. Modifications

We may update these terms. The revision date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
