Shipping & Delivery Policy

Nothing is physically shipped

Anyeria is an online service. We do not sell, stock or dispatch any physical goods, so there are no couriers, no tracking numbers, no delivery addresses and no shipping charges of any kind.

Everything we sell is delivered electronically to the browser you paid from.

What gets delivered

The only paid item is the Country, Gender & Age Filter — a time-limited feature that lets you choose the countries you are matched with, whether you meet men, women or everyone, and the age range you want. Delivery means that feature being switched on for your session.

Delivery timeline

• As soon as the payment is confirmed. Access switches on by itself the moment our payment provider confirms the payment — usually within seconds for UPI, a card, netbanking or a wallet, and within a couple of minutes for a cryptocurrency payment, which has to be confirmed on the BNB Smart Chain first.
• If it has not activated within 24 hours, the delivery has failed and you are entitled to a full refund under our Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy. A failed delivery is one of the few things we do refund — a purchase that activated correctly is final.

How you will know it worked

The country selector becomes active on the home page and shows the time remaining on your access. Your paid window starts at the moment of activation, not at the moment of purchase, so a slow confirmation never costs you any of the time you paid for.

The confirmation also shows your order reference and your pass code. A pass is not an account. It belongs to the browser that bought it and works there until it expires, even if your network or IP address changes. Every purchase also comes with a pass code — shown on the confirmation, and again beside the filter — which moves the pass to another browser up to three times. That code is what recovers a pass if you clear your browser data or change phone, so keep it somewhere safe.

Delivery area

The service is available worldwide to anyone 18 years or older with an internet connection, subject to our Terms of Service. There is no country we deliver to more slowly than another — activation is the same everywhere because nothing physically travels.

Payment works worldwide too: UPI, debit and credit cards, netbanking and wallets — charged in rupees through our payment provider UroPay — and, for the two-month pass, USDT on the BNB Smart Chain (BEP20) through our crypto payment provider NOWPayments. The 30 minute, 1 hour, 24 hour and 7 day passes are priced and charged in Indian Rupees (INR): the amount shown is the amount charged, inclusive of all taxes. Where a price is shown struck through, that is the pass's ordinary list price and the lower figure is what is charged. The 2 month pass is priced and charged in US Dollars (USD) and paid in cryptocurrency — any rupee figure beside it is today's equivalent, for reference only, and at checkout the price is converted into USDT at the rate shown, which is held while you pay. Network fees charged by your own wallet or exchange for sending a crypto payment are neither set nor received by us.

Delivery problems

If you have paid and access has not appeared, email [email protected] with your payment reference, the date and the amount. We reply within 24 to 48 business hours and will either activate the feature or refund you in full.
